How much does it cost?
₱399 per month for the first year, paid yearly (₱4,788). Creating the website costs ₱0. From the second year: ₱799 per month paid yearly (₱9,588), or ₱999 per month month to month, with no lock-in. All prices include VAT.
Do I pay before seeing anything?
No. You get a free demo of your website within 24 hours. You only pay the first year if you like it, and then we publish the final version in less than 7 days.
What does the chatbot answer?
Only what you tell us: your products, prices, hours, pickup, delivery and payment. It answers in English and Taglish. It doesn't invent prices, and when it doesn't know something, it sends the customer to you. Up to 150 conversations a month.
Does the chatbot reply inside Messenger?
No, it answers on your website. Put your website link on your Facebook page and posts: customers get instant answers there, and the ones ready to order tap the Messenger button to talk to you.
Is the website mine?
Your texts, photos and logo are yours. The website itself, its code and design, belongs to VEKSAI: it's a managed service that stays online while your plan is active, and it isn't sold. As for your domain: if you leave, we release it to you so you can keep using it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your website is switched off. We keep it for 90 days in case you come back, and after that it's deleted. If you'd rather keep the website as it is, you can pay for a transfer to your own hosting: a one-time ₱9,990 that includes handing over the files and an assisted migration.
Will customers find me on Google?
We set up Google Search Console, Bing, your sitemap and structured data so search engines can read your site. Nobody can honestly promise a position on Google, so we don't.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. We build it, host it and keep it updated. If your prices or hours change, tell us and we change them.
